Thanksgiving or Christmas?
The snow is flying the ground is turning white and I'm torn assunder. The house is decorated for thanksgiving but Christmas is near. Christmas music is playing and I want to put up my tree. Company is coming for turkey day, wonder if they care if we eat around the tree. Maybe I can put out a few santas and put up my wreaths and tell them the elfs must have done it. Mr Snowman is lounging on the sofa urging me on so maybe I best get busy before the snow quits flying. Have you all decorated yet? Aw come on, after all it is a late turkey day only 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Well I have to run now the turkey is chasing Mr Snowman.

I'm one step ahead of you! I have my tree up....of course I will have to tell you, it has been "UP" since last Christmas. the only thing I have to do is put the decorations on. The lights are already on, so that's no problem. I checked them sometime in July and they were still burning. So bring on the pumpkin pies and the fruit cake. When you have Christmas in your heart...it doesn't matter what month it is!

Hey Loretta, I put my tree up Halloween weekend so go ahead and start decorating . I like stuff up early so I can enjoy it but when Christmas Day is over , I am ready to put it away . If you put your houses out maybe Clara will bring me to see them . She said we might come over before Christmas. Maybe when you go with her for her treatment , she will bring you by here. Hey , I started playing Christmas music in Oct . I love the Christmas cd by Patty Loveless. Good job on your blog . and great pics. Carolyn
Thank you Carolyn, I put out a small tree yesterday and will do the big one this weekend. I hope you will come over but I may not get the village out, it depends on how my back is. Maybe Clara and I can come by.
